I have for many years enjoyed facilitating and coaching groups of senior managers in organisations, developing coaches and coaching executives one-to-one. As a pioneer of maternity coaching in the UK, I am passionate about working with leading employers in this niche area of coaching parents and expectant mothers at work.

I also enjoy writing, speaking and media activities on subjects related to coaching, coaching psychology, professional coach supervision and work-life balance, as well as being a mother of two young children.
